The best time to visit Eduardo Chillida's most celebrated sculptures is on a blustery day on the Bay of Biscay, when the waves are big and you can feel the spray of saltwater on your skin. The swells rise up forcing water through holes in the ground and creating a geyser affect. The Comb of the Wind, located at the far end of La Concha Bay, is one of the most popular places to visit among locals and visitors alike. The three steel sculptures have become a city icon.
